This position may act as a staff specialist in providing guidance on HR for complex or unique assignment, or may serve as regional or district HR manager to provide general oversight for employee relations, compensation, training and benefits issues, at our new Shared Services facility in Lancaster, PA, reporting to a senior HR Manager or Director.
